Dr. Woody seems to be ok, but gives me the impression that is only interested in the money. The facilities are fairly modern, and the staff is attentive. He however is dismissive of your input, and does not seem to listen. He pushes very hard the dental cleanings, to the point of sounding like a used car salesman. The bedside manner of both him and the staff leaves a lot to be desired. They did not know how to handle one of my cats that is somewhat feral. Other vets, have had no issue with this cat. We would not go back to him for any of our pets.

This doctor is rude and obnoxious. His technicians are better at diagnosing and treating the animals than he is. He cares only for money, and has caused death in patients because he's too pompous to listen when his techs tell him to double check a dosage. He then proceeds to lie to the owners about what actually happened. He's rude to his employees as well.
