Overall, it’s a good clinic. Been using them for years. I prefer Dr Tuomi over Dr Williams, though. Dr. T is always thorough and explains procedures, medications, etc very well. The one bad experience I had was when we took our 10 yr old Pomeranian in to see about getting her teeth cleaned. Dr T thought it would be a good idea as her teeth were bad. We made an apt and she had the procedure done. She was fine when we picked her up. Three days later she went in to congestive heart failure and died. Later found out Dr Williams was the staff that day. The few interactions I’ve had with him I was not so impressed. Hes knowledgable but not overly personable to me or my pets. I’m convinced that it was no coincidence. Dr T should not have recommended it for an older Pom like mine, especially with a history of previous anesthesias. Besides this, I’ve been happy with them for shots, or other routine exams.
