Dr. Brown is rude,unprofessional,and all around terrible business.A call to the BBB is in order.I have NEVER had a vet treat me so horribly.Had 3 kittens in there before asked for them to be checked out. He did not check for earmites, so I had to fight an earmite infestation because of his negligence.Today I brought a cat and 2 kittens in to be checked out, he made me feel like I was an idiot for wanting to watch the process. I was lectured for wanting to be involved. By "involved"I meant be present in the room with my animals. I was asked with a lot of attitude "what do you trust me that little?" It wasn't at the time that I didn't trust him, however he had already been extremely rude and these are my animals. Normal vets allow you to be in the room with their pets. I decided at this point that I was going to go to another vet.I asked him if he was planning on charging me for a blood test he did not do... his response was "let me show you the door".
