I have taken my pets to Dr. Branch for the last 15 years and up to now had no problems. My dog was very sick however he did a cursory exam and said nothing serious was wrong. The next day (Saturday when he is closed) she was having trouble breathing so we took her to another vet who was open. Turns out she had a bronchial infection, ear infection, eye infection, was dehydrated. I was very disappointed that she was not examined more thoroughly and some serious illnesses were overlooked. Dr. Branch and his staff have always been very nice and helpful to us in the past, however, we will not be returning to them.
