I TOTALLY AGREE. I WOULD NEVER GO TO ANY BANFIELD CLINIC, HOSPITAL, OR ER ASSOCIATED WITH BANFIELD. THEY KILLED MY DOG BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT FOLLOW THROUGH. MY DOG WAS SICK IN FEBRUARY AND DIED JULY 4TH WEEK-END BECAUSE OF THESE PEOPLE. THAT IS IF YOU CAN CALL THEM PEOPLE THEY AREN'T HUMAN. PEOPLE WHO HAVE PETS TREAT THEM LIKE THEIR OWN CHILDREN. THESE PEOPLE DON'T KNOW HOW TO HANDLE ANIMALS AND SHOULD NOT BE IN THE BUSINESS.

I went here once and never came back. They had absolutely no idea how to calm down a frightened cat. They actually blindfolded my cat with a face strap and held her down for a simple shot. My cat literally screamed, and to me, that means they administered the shot incorrectly. They're terrible with following up on clients too. I know how much my cat hates Banfield because of how she growls whenever we happen to pass by the store. People, please do NOT take your pets to Banfield.
