Upon arriving home from an 8 day vacation, i found one of my cats to be very ill. At first, I thought he had just lost weight. As i was lifting him to hug & love on him & to let him know I missed him, I noticed he smelled ... like death! The car wasn't even unpacked. We grabbed the cat and went to the closest clinic, which was not easy during rush hour traffic They did emergency surgery and he is doing well! He would have died. The smell was his kidneys shutting down due to a blockage, I have never experienced ANY vets ENTIRE office staff to be so competent, helpful, courteous, organized, caring, professional and last but certainly not responsible! I have found over the years that a handful of employees really care and want to be an asset to the clinic & the rest are either lazy, don`t care, there to visit & talk to their co-workers.. or anything but make your animal a priority. Wow what a difference! Thank you Valleydale Animal Clinic

I have had pets my entire life and been to all kinds of vets and NEVER experienced anything like I do at Valleydale Animal Clinic. There is no waiting, the techs take time to find out what's going on and the doctors are like nothing I have ever experienced. They spend time with you, make sure your pet is comfortable and you are as well. Also, the prices are the BEST I have ever seen and they don't try to talk you into buying stuff you don't need. They truly want the best for you and your pet!
