Transferred from Dr Kindard in Orlando who was entirely too expensive. I feel I get better care for my dogs at a more reasonable price. They actually seem to care about their patients and not as a pay check.

The front desk staff is amazing, especially Jan. The only bad thing I can say about St Francis is that they quoted me a cost of $1300-1600 for a surgery. I took my dog to another vet because I felt the cost was highly inflated (especially with the "miscellaneous" charges on the surgery quote) and was told that my dog DIDN'T EVEN NEED a surgery. There is no telling how much other money I have spent there that wasn't necessary. I will never go there again.

Great office. My vet for twenty years. Loves animals and has great sympathy. Speaks Spanish also. My fourteen year old dog just died and not only did they make me feel that they had lost a loved one also, they sent me a sympathy card.
