As of 02/14/12: Will charge you for "exam" any time you see the vet even if no exam done. (Vet claimed they gave an exam, but did not even notice the wax build-up in dog’s ears that should have been pointed out as needing to be cleaned.) Vet lost records of rabies vaccination. They gave a Bordetella vaccination when not due for 3 more months. They had incorrect due date of a vaccination on receipt and in online records. How much should one really have to put up with from your vet?
