We have used this hospital for over 10 years. Most of the time the doctors were good. The staff at the front rotate often and you cannot depend on them to care. We had to put our dog down and the ONLY thing that we requested/demanded was that they make sure her paw print was well done. We LITERALLY said it moments before she passed as they were taking our money. It was not. Not even close. They had one job and it could have been taken care of in 2 seconds if someone would have simply looked at it then it would have been taken care of. Now we have nothing. They have no accountability and I am sorry from the Vet does not make it any better. One simple job, just look at the imprint, and it would be fine. There is no consoling my wife, and now she is heart broken. The front staff does not care. The doctors and techs try, but do not ever trust your pets final paw print to be done by them.

Pets and their owners are treated like family here. The vets are excellent and the entire staff is awesome.
