I've taken several pets here. The facility is small,cramped and smelly. They are extremely expensive for the quality of service provided. I received no response when questioning the bill (looked like double billing and I was there for the procedure). I think they are mainly trying to make money, and vet care comes second. Dr. Haltermann is young and friendly, but I was disappointed in the thoroughness of her examinations. They are not worth the extra cost. You'd be better off going to a larger, cleaner hospital with better quality vets if your going to spend the kind of money they want. They have also made billing errors 75% of the time I've been there.

Staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They take the time to answer any questions and explain procedures/treatment/diagnosis. Both vets are wonderful but my dog mostly saw Dr. Nossaman. Dr. Nossaman is an exceptional vet and an expert with dental issues. My dog was treated like family during his oral surgery and Dr. Nossaman spent time with me before, during, and after the surgery to explain the condition of my dog and the options for care. She had pictures and X-rays to show me and send home with me. Prices are average or slightly higher but the cost is worth every penny. The only issue I have ever had with this vet is waiting for appointments. They would tend to get behind on appointments and although I was on time, I would wait sometimes 30 minutes for our appointment. I guess that can be the cost when you take your time with your clients. I would HIGHLY recommend this vet clinic. I wish I was still living in AZ so my dog could still receive services from them.
