The vet traumatized my cats. They were scared and hissing. He tried to keep my may cat out of the carrier. He caught his neck on the carrier and finally let go. Said he would have to take them to the back to give their shots. He was back there for about 15 minutes. I could hear my cats screaming. He came back very angry and told me he would not deal with my cats again. They are normally very sweet. Why didn't he sedate them? My female cat will not eat now and is acting very scared and sad. It was a horrible situation. I am very upset with myself for not leaving when I saw his anger toward them.

This vet did not even introduce himself...acted very arrogant and unprofessional. I have never felt so insulted in all my life. Staff was friendly on phone, but not welcoming at all once I was in the clinic.. very stand offish like the doctor. Brought two dogs but only let him see one..it was that bad! I would never recommend this vet or clinic to anyone.
