He was extremely rude to me the second he walked in the room. He blamed the health issues my cat had on the fact I never trained him to be around strangers. HES A FRIGGIN cat! Come on, your "40 years experience" should tell you that, Dr.Shank!! I've never experienced such horrible customer service in my entire life. Needless to say he never helped my sick kitten. He walked out of the room and told me to "have a nice trip back to Miami." I had overheard the receptionist talking to him about how a recent client had been writing a bad reviews online and I can totally see why. There was no reason to be rude!

I have been going to this vet for over 2 years. I brought my dog in because i found a cyst on his tail. the doc recommended to remove it and because of a poor bandage wrap, he now has only half of his tail. We hear a different story as to why this happened every time i speak to him. My poor dog did not need to go through this trauma. needless to say - we are leaving this vet.

Everytime I would bring my dogs in for a bath, he would call me up and tell me my dog had a blood clot in his ear. It got to the point that I had to check my dogs out every time I brought them over there. Then one day he called me again and said he has another blood clot and I told him I know he didn't have one only one hour ago. This was a $300 surgery everytime this happened and my dog was not young. I went to pick up my dogs and of course he did not charge me this time, because he knew I was on to his tricks. I can't believe that a so called VET could do this to animals. He should not be allowed to practice.
