Fran is ****y and the tech staff is on an ego high. I would never leave my pet unattended/hospitalized there as I witnessed firsthand the casual/uncaring manner of some of the staff when talking amongst themselves in the back.

Fran is very compassionate towards my pets and handles them well even though they are frightened. I've never felt pushed to pay for something I didn't really need. I found this place to be more affordable than others.
