We had to lay our Dog to rest on July 27, 2024. Our regular Vet is closed on Saturdays so we had no choice but to give Berry’s Animal Clinic a chance. This was my worse experience ever. I am to blame for this mishap, but the staff should have known what happens to an Animal if they don’t receive both shoots. Anyway,the Lady who gave him his last injection was doing it way to fast. Needless to say he did not go peacefully. I will have to live with it. I didn’t insist on both injections. My mind was just not working clearly.
Please be aware of this!

This is one of the best vets in my area. Can not say enough how wonderful, kind, understanding, helpful, gentle, and caring they ALL are, the staff are doctors are exceptional.

Vet & staff have NO customer service - Poor attitudes & organization. I asked for cost upfront. Each time prices varied. I canceled surgery bc of cost. His staff called me back & I agreed as long as cost did not go over $400. Now I canceled previous & they called me back. I come there and they stick this sheet in my face with a boat load of cost. All over $400. They claimed computer was down. I reminded them of our conversation. I said I’d leave but they said no we are aware cost nte $400. When I picked up my pet, they were asking customers to give them their credit card to write down on a piece of paper. They would charge later & email you a receipt. With credit card thefts, who would ask someone to write down their credit card numbers. When I offered a check in the deposit of $350, Berry & his squad exposed their truth. I have always paid my bill. I said when your system comes up, provide me with a bill and I’ll settle it. He didn’t like that I asked for a bill first.

Not very well organized and poor communication, Dr.Berry has a bad attitude towards horses or farm visits...Beware! If you have anything other then a dog or cat go somewhere else!!!!
