The staff is uncaring and the vets never explain anything to their clients, they leave that to the techs who don't know what they're talking about. I took a stray dog that had been hit by a car in to have put to sleep, it was in so much pain. I had to wait a half hour even though I called ahead & told them the situation. The staff made me feel horrible for not treating the dog- it's back was broken and even if they could cure that, it was a STRAY! I was doing the humane thing and was very upset, but they didn't even offer me a tissue. I never even saw the vet, just a clueless tech who was afraid to pick up the dog, so my husband weighed it for her. No one acted in a compassionate way at all, they were callus to me and the poor dog. The facilities were visibly dirty. I will never go back there again, they have no care at all for their clients or patients! They also botched a simple neuter on my dog, causing him unnecessary pain and swelling and a long recovery time. TLC does not care!
