The practice owner & most of his staff were wonderful. I , as well as others I have spoken to had the severe misfortune to deal with the unprofessional & rude manner of what we assumed to be the office manager. A person in that position can only diminish the business by her attitude towards staff we witnessed & whatever else goes on behind closed doors. The receptionist were friendly & Dr. Parker was caring & helpfull with our questions regarding the treatment of out family pets. I only hope other clients do not have the misfortune to deal with that other woman with an undeserved position of authority.
