I rated this facility straight down the middle because I have experienced good and bad DVM's at this facility. Two days after my daughter's dog had stomach surgery we took him back to the Vet's Office because we noticed a broken stitch and pink fluid was seeping from the incision. The seepage was bad enough to leave puddles and the dog was lethargic. Dr Sara Jordan examined the dog and assured me that the seepage was normal, the lethargy was caused by a tummy ache and the incision was securely stitched. After a brief discussion we agreed to cut in half the dog's pain meds instead of prescribing a different medication plus she prescribed a topical antibiotic for the incision. Within 24 hours we were taking the dog to an emergency facility because the incision in the skin completely opened up and the incision in the muscle had also started to open up. The dog's internal cavity was filled with puss. Sadly we lost our dog. I do not want anyone else to go through what we have gone through.

There are currently 7 vets on staff there. I see Dr. Hennessy and love him! He is very kind to my dogs (has gotten on the floor with them to do exams when they have been nervous) and remembers everything I say about them (which is a lot!). If I have a question/comment/concern and he is not available right away, he gives me a call as soon as he can (either later that day, or if he had the day off, the next day he is in). Some of the staff is friendlier than others and it shows, but they do an adequate job.

I have been taking my Golden Retriever here since his first puppy check up. The staff is very friendly and answers all questions. They just moved to a new location next door and they have top of the line EVERYTHING! I go to Dr. Oliver who is so kind and gentle with my pup. Their prices are very reasonable and I actually think they are less than most other vets in the area.

Friendly and willing to answer questions. I had my girl spayed there and had questions later that night and I paged the doctor and he got back to me right away. They know what they are doing.

Staff takes a while to warm up. New facility and good vets, knowledgeable staff. Prices are comparable. The clinic supports many rescue organizations which is awesome. Not always on time but worth the wait. Dr. Mills is open to ideas, reads any info shared about my breed, supportive and kind. Does research if he doesn't have the answer.
