I would recommend anyone thinking of taking your animals here to reconsider. The vet Dr Streeter is extremely rude if it is anywhere near closing time and Glenda the receptionist publicly dresses down customers in front of other patients and vet staff.

We originally found this clinic to have adequate care for decent prices. The building is a bit shabby & smells of urine but the true failing of this clinic is in customer service, to pet & client alike. Receptionists keep patients waiting during personal conversations and vet admits bias against certain breeds of dogs(and we're not referring to pit bulls). One of our dogs who was of the vet's admitted disliked breed was so intimidated by vet she had spontaneous diarrhea and had to be tranquilzed during a routine exam. On our final visit we were refused service as scheduled because of record-keeping error made by staff. This not only resulted in increased stress to our pet but also our losing an entire morning of work only to have to reschedule @ a different clinic and lose even more time. It's really hard to say which is worse; the receptionist public relations or veterinarian's public service, but whichever, it's someone else's problem because we won't subject our family to it again
