DO NOT GO TO THIS ANIMAL HOSPITAL. Their staff are the rudest and most uncaring "professionals" I have ever met, the way they treat their customers is a disgrace. Also do not let your children apply to this clinic's part time opportunities as they simply do not treat new employees with respect and simply do not pay any attention to the success of said employees and rather just jump to firing them instead of giving them proper training and guidance. Terrible facility

I have been going to Terra Glen for over 25 years (3 generation of dogs). Dr. Wilkinson is amazing and will make follow-up phone calls to see how your pet is doing. Great bedside manner! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I bring both my dogs there for grooming as well and Nadia is fantastic and has an awesome way with animals. Highly recommend Services/Grooming.

Have been coming to this clinic for a couple years now. The Drs and their staff are excellent. Drs are always punctual and are good with the dogs. Walked me through the process when one of my dogs had to go to a speciality clinic for some cardio issues. I have boarded the dogs here as well and have never had any issues. Dogs always are well taken care of and happy.

Very good overall. Vets are amazing with the animals. Clearly explains everything and has the animals best interest in mind at all times. Staff is always very polite and friendly. They are so good with both you and your pet when you have had a pet pass at their clinic.

Dr. Boudreau is great. She really cares about finding the right answers, and I'd highly recommend her for illness diagnostics. She goes the extra mile.

We had to take our dog here as an emergency. Service was amazing they fit us in right away and didnt do any unnecessary testing. we were very happy with the service and Doctor Wilkinson.

This rating is for dog boarding only. I have not used the veterinary services as it is too far from my home. We have boarded our dog here three times now (twice for extended periods [2 weeks]). It was very sad for me to leave him, but the staff made it as good as possible and didnt make you feel odd for leaving little notes about special care your dog might need. My dog was healthy and happy when I picked him up. The rates are comparable and they have a special $5.00 / day extra walk you can have - which for me was well worth it.
