Donot use this clicnic for any grooming needs. The office staff is extremly unreliable in getting your messagae/appts correctly. Gromming dept changes ppl constantly. They left my very old cat sitting for 3hrs when they were supposed to shave the cat down immediately due to her age. after I was assurred this would happen even by the vet it didn't. My poor baby not only had no food and water for 14hrs. There was no service as she had to be pick up due to lenght of time.
