Used to love this place. Now to much rotation in drs. & help. the last 3 times I boarded my dog I asked his nails get cut. not once did they do it and I got charged. we now go elsewhere.

They recommend expensive treatments and tests, and don't tell you the cost until it's time to pay, unless you ask them. They often appear insulted that you would want to know how much their plan will cost, and when they tell you the cost, if you want to explore less expensive alternatives, they treat you like you are a bad pet-parent who doesn't love your pet enough to spend several hundreds of dollars on tests that will not change the treatment recommendation and seem to only serve to satify their medical curiosity. They are technically good, but need to work better to find cost effective alternatives to the expensive options that they primarily suggest, with no thought to cost. They think nothing of expecting me to spend $400-$500 every few months on tests that ultimately add very little or nothing to my pet's treatment plan. I need to find a vet who is realistic and helps me find ways to keep a cat healthy without drowning me in debt.

VERY DISAPPOINTING. THEY MISDIAGNOSED MY PET 2 TIMES UNTIL IT WAS TOO LATE AND WE LOST HIM.

The only reason I kept going there was to see one Doctor and now she is gone. The reception staff are terrible or I should say they just need better guidance from the manager.

I love, love, love these people. They took such good care of my dogs and saved lives more than once for me. I can't say enough good!
