	5/23/09	5	5	4	5	The only reason they get the 4 for puntuality is because they don't take appointments. It's a walk-in facility. The staff there are so polite and caring. My cat was dealthly ill and they bent over backwards to help care for her. The facility is basically brand new and even though my cat's condition required daily visits I consider what I was charged to be far below what I would have expected. I greatly appreciated everything they did and highly recommend them to anyone who cares for their pet.
