Price gouging, non-responsive, criminals. I have had multiple experiences here (with several vets) who order tests for animals and either never call with the results, or call days after they said they would. Moreover, the markup on their medicine/equipment is several HUNDRED percent. They charge over $1 for an 18-gauge hypodermic needle, the same needle which can be found online for about 20 cents. They charge over $12 for a bag of hydrating solution which can be obtained online for less than $4. I'm happy to pay for quality veterinary care, but what possible reason could these people have for marking up the charge for medicine -- what value is added by having them dispense it? If you care about your pet, don't let these barbarians care for them.

Staff are very nice, personable, & friendly. The doctors & techs take the time to explain any and all procedures to you in words you can understand. They are just a pleasure to deal with!
