Don't take any pet you love here - ever! Rude staff, incompetent vets (how do you determine the wellness of an animal if you don't touch the animal?) and the biggest con game you have EVER seen when it comes to payment. Oh, don't bother trying to "resolve" issues with the staff nor manager - they clearly don't care only about money. Couldn't provide me an appointment to euthanize a critically injured animal (told me next available appointment was in 7 days). The Vet examined my dog with Disk Disease - without EVER touching her! And the topper - took my puppy to get spayed (after trying to get an appointment for 2 mos and a MILLION excuses) to find out the price I had been quoted ($300) would really be $600. No explanation provided and when asked for clarification on cost increase, I was told "I don't know, it's policy". Fantastic! My puppy and I left, after requesting the manager contact me. I only receive a call AFTER a complainant was filed with Corporate. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE
