They may not have the newest, fanciest toys, and the facility might be straight out of the 1980s, but you won't find better people anywhere else. It's clear to all that the staff loves what they do and cares about each individual animal. They always remember my name, and they always remember my pets. The warmth and compassion we've found here cannot be measured. We'll never go to another vet!

Dr. MacKenzie is amazing! He saved my dogs life! We have seen every other vet in Flagstaff, terrible experiences at every single one. And most who will see your compassion and love for your pet, as dollars in their wallet! One vet was willing to let me put my dog to sleep because he said we needed an ungodly amount of money for a surgery! Dr. MacKenzie is honest and compassionate; he is not a greedy heartless man seeking worldly treasures.There was no way I could find peace in that.When I entered his office for the first time his attention was directed right at my animal. He acknowledged her and spoke to her, and I could see genuine care he feels toward animals. He does this because he likes it, this is what his heart calls him to do, and it’s his passion. I don’t know him as a personal friend, but I can tell all I needed to know by that brief interaction between him and my pet. Sometimes angels are here in disguise!
