Although a lovely physical facility, the patients seem low, low priority. The staff was rude, uncaring, and totally out-of-touch with a mission or vision...it broke my heart frankly and I have talked with others who found their experiences equally dismal and stressful.Punctuality, staff, monetary value.....bad. I will find another vet.

Beautiful building, but thats where the praise ends. This place is run by selfish, money-hungry people. The staff is uneducated and rude. Go across the street to Kaibab!

Very high prices. Overnight double of other vetinarian. Money oriented not pet oriented. They quoted one price over the phone and then demanded a higher price when I came in. Pet got sicker because they gave more medicine after i left which I did not authorize and they did not call me about.

Front desk staff has been terrible. In four years they have only gotten my heartworm, flea and tick meds correct once. I ask for 6 months of both for my two dogs and usually find that I am 3 months short on one or two meds. Seldom has the appointment begun when scheduled. The last straw for me occurred when I scheduled an appointment and drove 30 miles to the office only to discover that the front desk did not enter the appointment correctly and I would have to return at another time. I scheduled my next appoint with a different veterinary office. The veterinary staff has been excellent, but the front office is so bad that STAFF warrants a BAD rating. Only one front desk person out of 10 seems to know how to use their computer system.
