We moved to AZ in Jan. 2005. We have taken all our pets here: puppy, dog, kitten, adult cats, geriatric cat. Every time we had to make a big medical decision on treatment plans, I truly believe that I was making a hugely informed decision. I received basic, initial information, had every question not just answered, but also explained until I was satisfied, and even asked for a personal ("what would you choose to do") recommendations. The cost of treatment costs a bit more (not a large discrepancy) than other vets in the area, but the individualized care, honest answers, and thorough attention and care to each pet is well worth the price. I would pay even more! The followup care is consistent and personalized, not routine at all! They genuinely care. As the practice has grown throughout the years, more vets have been hired. We feel confident in each doctor that we always just take the first available opening. These are usually same-day appts. Also, they have added new locations.

I would never use this facility, nor would I recommend that anyone else go there. On August 4th, 2011 we took our 6 year old SHIH TZU in to have a sabacious cyst removed and to have her teeth cleaned. She lasted 7 minutes on the operating table. Was it too much anathesia? We will never know! What's more amazing is that she had surgery in that facility 2 times before this incident, as well as having her teeth cleaned. We're very upset about losing our little dog...she was like our child.
