I would never recommend anyone to go here. The receptionist cursed at me because I did not agree with one of the charges. The Vet, who is the owner proceeds to tell me, that he wants to know both sides of the story vs an apology! He pretty much took his staff's side vs even having any customer service skills. In regard to the outstanding charge, it was 31.00 for wound care. The wound care that was provided was a simple shave to see my dogs hot spot. They did not even treat my dog, or apply any bandages on the area! What a rip off!!!
