Worst Vet Office I've ever experienced. My first visit I waited over 45 minutes in the waiting room before a tech came in to see my pets. Staff is friendly when you talk to them but the wait for service is way to long. I've been there 4 times now over 6 months and everytime I've been there way to long. The staff isn't organized enough to get more help at the front desk. So everyone is in line for a long time. Then when you do get to the counter the employee is juggling you, the phone and possibly someone else. Nothing happens in a timely manner. I purchased the health plans for my pets thinking that it sounded like a good deal. Since I've never had one good experience there, I've decided to NEVER use any Banfield again.

Many wonderful experiences with Banfield! They greet us with a smile and are very helpful. They care about my pets and recognize them when we stop by. The day after a visit, they call to check to make sure that the pets are doing well. Highly recommended!
