DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!!
This place is all about money and doesn't care about the well being of your pet. I had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow but didn't realize they automatically booked my other cat to have his yearly shots. When the lady called to confirm the appointment for both cats, I told her one of my cats due for boosters was no longer in my care. She charged me $25 to cancel the appointment, mind you we still had an appointment scheduled at THE SAME DAY AND TIME for our kitten (they usually see both cats at the same time in the same room for the cost of 2 exams). After hearing that I was going to be charged a $25 cancelled appointment fee for a cat that I no longer have in my care, I told them I would no longer be doing business with them and will be finding another vet. She then charged me ANOTHER $25 for canceling the appointment for my kitten.
THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!! THEY THREW AWAY MY BUSINESS (3 cats) OVER A $25 CANCELLED APPOINTMENT FEE?
