DUVAL ANIMAL HOSPITAL: HORRIBLE PET CLINIC; DR. TIM OVERBEY (RETIRE DUDE)
I took my dog in for an exam and a wrist xray. She sprained something so she's been limping. I took her to this clinic because I needed the xray to determine the extent of the injury.The VET was 20 minutes LATE getting to a 0900 appointment, Then takes my dog outta the room and examines her WITHOUT me, even though I expressed my objection to that practice. THEY SHOULD TELL THEIR PET OWNERS THAT THEY WON'T BE ABLE TO BE IN THE ROOM WITH THEIR PET FOR THE EXAM!I also asked that he watch her walk to get a visual on her injury. He comes back in a says "I really cant tell what the problem is, and she's only limping a little". I asked if he took an xray? "No I haven't pinpointed the problem, AND I'm not an orthopedic specialist. He says I won't be able to tell anything from that.
He wants to put a treatment plan together, I said DON'T BOTHER, we WON'T be coming back.DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. ?? Dissatisfied Maureen F

We like Dr. Pescod very much. His staff is friendly and helpful. I have recommended Duval Animal Hosp. several times.

Great service from friendly staff. They were gentle and caring towards my pet. I would reccommend this faciltiy to anyone of my friends and family.
