The girl who gave the estimate stated she was to take things off bill that did not petaim to what procedures were being done. Later they gave me instructions that did not pertain to my dogs procedure and didnt give me enough meds to get by so i had to pirchase more..not cheap. upon paying my bill ..ii didn't get a chance to look it over necause tbey brought my dog out a.d hurried me out the door..At home o reviewex my bill and found descrepiemcies..I tried to call..too late ..next day called vets in area and all were shocked by charges..and procedure not one had heard of the procedure and was skeptical as to why they did that..Upon my return for 1 week check I tried to discuss matte withr office manager she was rude and was yelling and when I asked why she was so upset she yelled again I'm not upset I asked why they wanted to charge more money for a follow up which wasn't imcluded she got moremad I left. ripoff scam artists vet was rudenot a good place for your pets
