I love this place, They helped my cat smokey so much and it was less money than many places around.

I've used Crater Road in the past but have since changed vets. While I found their staff to be very nice, they are perpetually 30-40 min over booked.
Additionally I've gone in there and found "puppy accidents." That doesn't bother me because it is a vet's office after all. The problem is that twice after I pointed out the mess they didn't clean it. It was still there when I left.
They have a WONDERFUL cat groomer though. I take my cats there when they need to be brushed out or shaved down. He is simply amazing with the animals and can get the most foul tempered, scared cat brushed out/clipped without sedating them.

I've been going to them for over 10 years, even after I moved an hour away.
