They are really dedicated to your pets and also to you. The only clinic that will help you in the evening or on the weekend. When they leave their cell phone number on the answering machine, you know they care about you and your pet. They have given outstanding care to my pets over the years and I am thrilled that our little town has one of the elite (fewer than 12% qualify) clinics to be accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association.

I have been taking my dogs to Payson Pet Care for over 10 years. Each and every time they have been treated well and accurately right away. They are even willing to come in on the weekend if something happens. The best in my opinion.

I'm so disheartened and disappointed in this place and especially Dr. Schneider. I would expect a vet to ask questions and inform you what she's checking and what she's discovering during the exam. No questions were asked to me. If you don't ask questions, you cannot ascertain or even begin to diagnose. They just seem interested in the money they get for the medicines and tests. Techs do not seem knowledgeable at all. I think the girls at the humane society are much more caring and knowledgeable! I called another vet in town, left a message, and they did not even get back to me. Where is the love, Payson vets!? And this place is super expensive compared to vets in the valley. I would not recommend Dr. Schneider. Perhaps the other two vets in this office are better.
