for 7 yrs, spent thousands $$ on 6 pets. they gladly take your $. 3 weeks ago my kitty had an eye problem. Promptly took him to Dr Hatfield who was rushed and curt.Did exactly as they told with eye drops. Called 5 days later as his eye still looked bad & I was going out of town for 1 wk. Sent email photos asking if his eye was healing, did I need to bring him in again or see a specialist? Stressed my scare of leaving even though he was still getting drops.The "dr" never bothered to get on the phone to talk to me. Staff just said to continue the drops. Got home 1 wk later. The eye was still bad. I called. They said to get him to a specialist asap & scared me that he could lose his eye or need surgery. I asked why didn't they tell me this a week earlier & that I did everything they said. Spent another $250 at the specialist only to receive a nasty letter from Dr Hatfield stating not to come back! They take your money for years but if you have a concern over their care, they abandon you.
