Click to report rating    1/3/14   2     3     3     2   I have gone here for several years but recently their quality has gone down. They have a high turnover of office staff which creates misplaced paperwork, miscommunication between the staff and the vets and a lack of knowledge about the services offered. Doggie daycare is letting the dogs run loose behind the counter. The Vets seem knowledgeable but due to the lack of adequate record keeping you may get two different answers to the same problem when consulting with a doctor. Their prices are quite high when compared to the same services from other vets in the area. After a recent grooming my dog kept licking his front paw and would let me touch it, so I can only wonder what happened during the grooming. If you choose to go here ask alot of questions and don't let them perform services without you being present. I am going somewhere else. RID: 49056

I was upset she got so sick over an ear infection! Cost me $400! It was weird that they take your dog away from you(into the back) to treat them...I've never encountered a vet that did this...are they really treating them? Giving them a shot?? You will never really know what they are doing. They must have hurt my dog when they trimmed her nails, she won't let anyone come near them now. I'll NEVER use them again and hope no one else does. :( RID: 26746
Click to report rating    7/23/11   2     3     4     1   The vets miss too much to be called good. They didn't comment on my dog's hip dysplasia and lipomas all over his chest. When I asked her about his teeth, she said they were fine. Anyone can see they're almost all worn down. The office staff is so unorganized it's not even funny. Once they said that a six night stay means they both get a free bath then charged me for the second dog. They also gave them both frontline when they just had it the week before. The refund doesn't take back the liver damage a double dose of the med can cause. Now they decided that they couldnt have group play because they have heartworm even after a month of doxy and being on heartguard. So for six months they werent contageous but now since I can't pay their $3,000 med to kill the adult worms(which can't be transmitted to other dogs)they can't play. They locked them up in a cage for a week without telling me!!Needless to say they still charged me $50 per day for premium boarding that included extended playtime RID: 26416
