The place is a hole and should just close. All the good staff members have left and the place sits empty all the time. Something has gone horribly wrong here.

Very good staff and friendly service. This is not my normal vet, but I took a dog in for emergency treatment. Staff was good at making room for appointment and treating promptly. Charges for services were reasonable, $45 for examination, $20 for a nail trim. My only complaint would be the markup on medicine. Antibiotics were prescribed, and the price was approximately 5 times the price from petmeds. I'm OK with Vets making a small 15%-30% profit from marking up medicines, but this seems excessive. Overall, I would recommend, though.

The only good thing this clinic has is Dr. Demetriou. She is the nicest vet. She will go above and beyond. There is 1 receptionist and 1 technician that are great too. However the senoir technician (who like most of the technical staff is not licensed) is extremly rude, rushed and uncaring- and is even rude to her coworkers, the office manager is cold and impolite, and the senoir receptionist always seems annoyed that you are there. One of the veterinarians looks like she is going to drop dead every time she comes in the room, and the other 2 vets are know-it alls. The owner is never there, and the place is poorly run. I would never bring my pet back there. The clinic is dirty and I have heard scary things about the surgery routine and the kennel facilities as well. Not good. Very scary place.

The vets are WONDERFUL at this hospital!!! All the staff is enthusiastic and very caring. Our recent Pit Bull died and the whole hospital was very sympathetic and very kind to us. We're going to be moving to Florida and wish they could come with us! Dr. Demetriou is great with exotics! She tended to all of my guinea pigs and is very comforting and loving to them.
