I would never go there. I've always had bad service and when I had an emergency they never answered they're phone and they're answering service said if you don't hear back from them in 15 minutes to head down to phoenix. I don't think its acceptable if you offer 24 emergency care and then not answer your phone. Thank god I've found my new vet. I called prescott valley animal clinic and they called me right back and had somebody waiting there for me and helped save my dog when we thought he was going to die. I will never recommend kachina animal hospital to anybody.
