Only place I have ever been where my cat had issues. She was terrorized and the staff did not care.

When Dr. Jensen had this clinic it was much better. At 1st Dr.Finch was enthusiastic and seemed good, but as time wore on he lost touch. He would not even talk about behavior saying it was not his area. He would then refer you to a behavior specialist. Once the office assistant, Michael, came to work there ALL professionalism disappeared!
