My Mother took her dog to this guy, and he "diagnosed" the dogs problem via the vet tech's comments. He never actually examined the dog, but said she needed surgery. My mother asked three times for him to come and look at her dog personally, and each time the vet tech came back and said that Dr. Kiesel said, "It wasn't necessary and that he had all the information he needed from her, to make the diagnosis." He wanted my mother to sign a surgery agreement! My mother never met the vet, Ed. Kiesel, and Mr. Kiesle never met the dog. He was in his office and refused to come to the exam room. The place was empty - now we know why. She had to pay an office call for nothing. Most importantly, Mr. Kiesel obviously doesn't really care about the welfare of these animals if he won't even examine them himself. What a loser! and shame on him for trying to take advantage of my retired mother.
