Click to report rating    1/20/15   4     5     5     4   Dr. Leuth and Dr. Medler have years of experience and we trust their opinions. The clinic is clean, front desk friendly. We've had excellent treatment at this clinic. RID: 55537

Click to report rating    1/22/11   5     5     5     5   Very caring staff you feel as if your pet is theirs as well. All the doctors at this location are very knowledgable. Also I have been coming to this location for 8 years and have had dogs with chronic problems and they did not "Farm" me out, also my dog had bladder stones and the surgical procedure was performed there. RID: 22291
Click to report rating    9/21/10   1     4     2     2   This office has seen better days. Both male vets (Robertson and Tye) are older and ending long vet careers. They farm out much of their practice. Surgeries are referred to other vets, after hours emergency calls go to ER specialists. Sick animals see specialists for anything that becomes chronic. Even the hospital portion is not staffed 24/7 so we refuse to allow them to keep our pets overnight. If you want basic vet care- annual shots, dental cleanings, office appointments that's about the extent of what they do in this office. Both vets are kind and have good medical knowledge but since they don't do much in this office you are at the mercy of the specialists where you get sent. Which makes vet care expensive. Staff turnover is high and often rude on the telephone. If you want an old fashioned vet who does everything at his office this is not the vet for you. We are switching because we want one of those vets for our pets. Tired of seeing specialists and paying those high bills. RID: 19851
