Dr. Jackson is the best!! I've never had a veterinarian take the time and concern that Dr. Jackson does. She always treats us like we are the only clients she has. She loves our animals and shows us compassion and care no matter the circumstance. I highly recommend her to give your pet the care they deserve!!

Did bloodwork and xrays on my dog and totally misdiagnosed her problems. Told me bloodwork was all normal. She had extremely high triglyceride levels and should have been switched to a low fat diet. She had a weak muscle problem that showed up in bloodwork that they did not catch. Insisted she needed teeth removed (my dog has great teeth). I will never take her back to Northwest Pet clinic or recommend anyone else use them.

We've only been clients for a short time. Our first visit was an emergency visit and they got us in right away and took care of and assured me Sarah would be alright. And it didn't cost us an as much as other vets have. Our second visit was for an annual check up on our "attitude" dog. By the end of the visit our attitude dog was wagging his tail. We actually arrived a little early and they took us in right away. Thank you, you guys rock.
