We have have had our dogs & cats under Dr Kolnick's care for over 30 years, First out of Cobleskill, NY & now Ft. Plain, NY. We travel over two hours to have her care for our pets, As said before, Hope she NEVER retires.

Was referred to this wonderful clinic and haven't been disappointed in the least! Takes a very special place to bring your "family" to and trust them to care for them in all the right ways! From being neutered, ear checks, shots and lyme test..I've been to many places and this is worth the trip from my house. Thank You from the owner of 3 dogs!

Been using Dr. Kolnick almost 4 years.On 4-1 our terrier was attacked by a pit at about 6am Sat. .He had 2 holes in his belly about the side of a quarter and some other smaller wounds.My wife called at a little after 6 am.She said bring him right out.She cleaned him up and gave him a shot of anti biotic plus pills and pain meds..He wouldn't eat so she saw him every other day to inject more anti. biotic.Her prices are very reasonable.She understands how important your pet is .I'm sure if we didn't have her as our vet Lucky would not have made it.WE can't thank Dr. Kolnick enough for the care she gave our boy and will not go anywhere else.She cares!

I have been a patient with all my horses, ponies, cats & dogs since 1988. Not only is she the best in every way as a concerned, caring and knowledgeable veterinarian, all her previous and current staff members has always fit me in as as emergency patient with sometimes life threatening situations with some of my pets, which ended up getting well when I thought there was no chances. Dr. Kolnick has become also a friend to talk to and always has treated myself and my animals as if we were a "special kind of family". I travel a good distance to be her patient and wouldn't have it any other way! She is certainly worth it.

Linda Kolnick has been our vet for over 28 years, hope she never fully retires. She has saved more than a few of our animals over the years. THE BEST !

On Thanksgiving weekend Dr. Kolnick took time to call me regarding my cat's illness. She gave me a simple remedy for his issues and did not require an office visit. Several days later her assistant phoned me to see how the patient was. I was very pleased that she did that as I have only had my cat to Dr. Kolnick once. Her facilities are a little cramped but her attitude and service makes up for any lack in space. I really appreciate this dedicated woman.

This Vet is amazing, She cares more about the animals then about the money. Unlike these other Vets.She saved my boys life for a fraction of what the others wanted. I highly recommend this vet and will use her for all my pet needs.

Dr. Konick is very well versed and to the point. Obvious animal lover and good with us worried cat owners. She really was amazing and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Very satisfied. I was told by one vet that my dog needed a 3,500.00 operation at once due to his injured knee. Contacted Dr. Kolnick brought my x rays and dog. Upon examination she advised of medication and walking and let the injury heal. Well all went great. He is back to running and takes one pill a day... Very pleased and didn't have to spend 3,500.00 for a surgery that wasn't needed. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Linda is the most caring vet that you will ever find for your animals! I come from downstate, I used 3 other vets in the area, until a friend introduced me to Linda. She is NOT about the money!!! She definitely knows her stuff.I took my dog to a vet in Howes Cave on a Monday, they did all kinds of tests, blood, xrays, etc. and couldn't figure out what was wrong with him. He just wasn't himself, lethargic, not eating well.They said to bring him back the next day when the results of tests come in, but I did not wait, I called Linda and took him over on Tuesday. As soon as she examined him she told me he has a big mass, cancer! She even let me feel it! She gave me some pills to help him thru the end. He only lasted 2 days!!! Other vet called on Saturday to see how he was doing, I didn't tell him anything yet and he said the tests came back and they found nothing! I told him he died on Thursday from cancer and HE said he didn't have cancer!! REALLY?! They sent me a bill for over $500!?!

Dr. Kolnick is an amazing lady who is honest and straight forward in her care of my pets. When a city Vet wanted $200 to remove a "suspect" tooth, Dr. Kolnick said there was nothing wrong with the tooth and sent me home caring more for the animal than monetary gain. Although her current facilities are small they are more than sufficient for her to perform exams, surgeries and have consultations. It's a nice country ride with much appreciated results !

I have been going to Dr. Kolnick for 30+ years. She is extremely skilled & knowledgable, reasonably priced, direct and to the point, cares about the animals [large to small] she treats. She has been a God send numerous times [ie: emergency c-sections, bloat, spaying-vaccinations-surg. repair torn ligaments-knee,hip x-rays- just to name a few things] over the years for my dogs & cats. She is top in her field in my opinion.

Linda brings a knowledge and experience to her practice unequalled by any other local practice. Her rates are geared to the financially challenged residents of this County. She CARES about the animals and their owners. She has a heart!!
