I am constantly rescuing homeless animals. I received vouchers from OC Animal Allies. I called the hospital, and Kathy answered; however, being an immigrant, I mispronounced the word "Allies"—at which point she proceeded to correct my pronunciation. As an immigrant, I speak three languages, so I told her, "There is no need to correct me as long as you understand what I’m saying." Immediately after that, Kathy whispered "****" . I sincerely hope that their management has the ability to monitor calls, and I truly hope they become aware of this incident. This behavior is not merely inappropriate; it is worse than offensive. I would not recommend a hospital to anyone where you are treated like trash. Who knows how they treat the animals if this is how they treat people? Stay safe!
