I am (was) an existing client. I have been there once for one of my pets as he is a Ferret and not all Vets service Ferrets. I tried to book an appointment recently and have been told that the clinic does not service Ferrets. Very confused as my pet has been there before and is a client. Needless to say they have not responded to my e-mail when mentioning that my pet is a client of the clinic. They are reasonably priced, however they never answer the phone. My e-mails are not answered either unless you send several e-mails over a span of days. If you have an urgency to see the Vet this is the wrong place to go. Bad customer service. I will be looking for another Vet.

Horrible service 300 dollars and all that was said was your guess is as good as there’s. They texted to me from inside to the parking lot. Will not go back. Rip off

Michelle has been rough in the past with my animals and her mis-diagnosing two cats, ended up with the death of both of them. One was even on thyroid medication that she didn't even need. Took them to another clinic and it was too late for the one cat, and the vet was able to save the other, although kidney damage had already been done. Michelle was never apologetic and I will NEVER take an animal to her clinic again. And most definitely not after I heard about her taking equipment and clients from another clinic. Animals deserve better treatment than she is able to provide.

My puppy went in for her 3 months shots; the staff and vet were very cold. Their lack of social skills wouldn't have bothered me but the fact that they did interact with the puppy at all is a huge red flag. I also would have ignored the fact that I had to wait 30 minutes and they only provided an invoice after asking for it 3 times. Vet had her opinions and didn't want to discuss any other schools of thought. Prices were reasonable. I really don't like the idea of paying for the privilege of having my pet treated by cold, clinical and inefficient people. I won't be returning to this vet.

Excellent vet. We have two very sensitive rare dogs and these guys have been treated amazingly at this vet. Their prices are very reasons too!

I felt very confident taking our dog to see Michelle; however, in the last few years she is not the one who sees our pet for check ups. She has interns working with her now which tells me either she is winding down to retire or devoting more time to her farm animals. These interns are very nice but take little to no time to do a thorough exam. The staff hardly ever answer the phone and yet any time we're at the office, there are at least three staff members hovering around the reception area which irks me to no end, wondering why they can't have someone dedicated to answering the phone as needed! Sadly, we're looking for a new vet and for those clients who wrote her rates were low, they're not anymore!!!

Absolutely love this vet clinic! Michelle has been our vet for 20+ years. She is extremely knowledgeable, cares about your pets as individuals (doesn't just give a cookie-cutter diagnosis/treatment), involves the owner in discussion and treatment, and all at a fraction of the price of many other vets. Her team is wonderful as well - very friendly, competent, and handle my dog with kindness and affection. Over the years, I've had to visit other vets a couple of times due to emergencies out of town, and each time I am reminded how wonderful this clinic is.

Michelle is a super vet..very understanding. Prices are much less than others in the area but the care is the best. Recommended to anyone who asks.

Great for live stock and farm and I have to believe this because a lot of my appointments were cancelled because of their priority for farm animals. Not the best for small animals unless you're willing to be put on the back burner one too many times.

Michelle is the best vet ever. I have recommeneded her to alot of people and everyone loves her. Best treatment and best prices.
