i have been very pleased with the super friendly staff as well as the caring knowledgeable Vet. I have been taking my precious pets there for care for over six years now. They have treated my animals for everything from a tail amputation (after a lost fight with a truck)to thyroid disease. The Doctor has been very patient and caring in all of our dealings and my pets are happy and healthy. I have very rarely had to wait to see the Doctor or Vet Tech, and when I did it was usually due to an emergency with another animal, in which case I gladly waited. This office works together like a well-oiled machine and even wear electronic communicators so everyone is on the same page as there is constant communication. These folks are an asset to our community!

I was so surprised by the 1 rating. We have always been very pleased by the help our 2 dogs and a cat have received here. The staff is super friendly and Dr. McWilliams is managing our oldest dog's diabetes with very good results. It does get busy there sometimes.best to avoid Sat. Morning.

The female vet always seems to be in a hurry and she does not talk to you after releasing your pet,after staying overnight for an emergency which I considered it to be. Does not call back as her after hours message states. I took my pet home with the I.V. shunt still in his leg.It seems that one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing !! Too many chefs at the soup !!!
