Dr. Kerr and the staff at North Hill Animal Hospital truly went above and beyond to save our new kitten, Molly. Dr. Kerr was so patient and kind, but most of all his true love for animals was made apparent when he took her home overnight to personally nurse her to better health. He saved her life and we will be forever grateful. The attentive and personal service was beyond my expectations. Every staff I have dealt with have been so friendly, caring and supportive. They really understand how important our pets are to us. Words cannot even begin to express our gratitude..thanks a million North Hill Animal Hospital!

l've been looking for a vet in my area for a long time, feeling disappointed with the last 3 vets l'd been to, I decided to read vet/reviews and decide from there where to go. l chose this clinic, even tho it was a 30 minute drive. My appt.was with Dr. Megan Haines. l was very impressed her, she listened to all of my concerns, checked my dogs lumps, which is why we came here, and told me that they were just fat lumps and didn't need to do any further testing. She made me feel very comfortable, my dogs 2 Labradors were also good and calm with her. Also the Vet Tech who was on reception was wonderful, you could really tell everyone who worked there loved being there. l will be back to see Dr. Haines with my dogs.

we were recommended by our own Vet. to go to this place since they did not have any laser treatment available for arthritis and off course we would have done anything for our poor ailing baby GEROGIO. The moment we stepped into this place we felt they knew us and him. Teresa one of the secretary was extremely kind to him called him handsome. We are so thankful for all the love and support we got from this place but especially grateful to Teresa she is the best ever.

Excellent staff. Always friendly and willing to answer any questions or concerns I may have. They do follow ups when needed. I have attended many of their learning sessions and find them enlightening. Dr. Cini has always taken excellent care of my dog. I would recommend this clinic highly.

I have been a client at the NHAH for about 20 years. All of the staff are so friendly and compassionate about our dog and cat. From the moment you walk into the clinic you feel so welcome. The compassion and care that each and every member at the clinic demonstrates is amazing. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and truly dedicated to the wellness of our animals. Both Dr. Kerr and Dr. Cini take the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. We couldn't ask for a better Team at the NHAH. I would highly recommend them!

We have been coming to North Hill for many years and are always pleased with the exceptional care our animals (and we!) receive. Dr. Kerr is so wonderful to our pets and has such a gentle way with them. The staff are kind, knowledgeable, and always a pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much to Dr. Kerr and all the staff @ North Hill for the exceptional care over the years for all our cats & dogs.

DR. KERR IS AN AMAZING VET! He is kind and patient and works hard to take proper care of my 10 month old cockapoo named "Bear". The staff are very friendly and have such great knowledge. Everyone at the clinic treats "Bear" as if he is the most special doggie. I would HIGHLY reccommend this clinic!!!

This is a beautiful Facility, with a beautiful staff, from the Vets on down to the front desk. A good rating does not seem sufficient for this wonderful, caring, clean, attractive, pet loving Hospital, /clinic and staff. I enjoy bringing Rusty for his visits for care .They give him the same love I do.

We have been customers of North Hill Animal Hospital for over 15 years and are now relocating to a different city. We will miss Dave Kerr and the staff. They are dedicated compassionate professionals who truly care for the well being of our pets. Their modern clinic is spotless and up to date from a technology standpoint. I have no hesitation in recommending North Hill Animal Hospital and I wish them success in the future. If we weren't moving so far away we would definately remain customers.

The Doctors and the staff at North Hill Animal Clinic have provided service beyond my expectations. Every staff I have dealt with have been so friendly, caring and supportive. They really understand how important our pets are to us. I have brought several feral cats to the hospital and they have worked closely with me to help integrate them into my home. There has been an occasion when one of the doctors did a house call so my pet would be the least traumatized as possible after a surgical procedure. No question seems silly to them. They make me feel that they are only a phone call away. Their hours are great too opened 2 evenings through the week and Saturdays. In addition they run free educational workshops. Thanks a million North Hill Animal Hospital!

Dr. Kerr and his staff are absolutely fabulous to deal with. I have been coming to this vet clinic for 14 years and would go nowhere else. I recently moved to Toronto and still drive back to Bolton for all my vet needs. Princess (my Shih Tzu) has always received awesome care and everyone in the clinic really cares about your pet! Thank you! :)

I have had the pleasure of going to Dr Kerr and his staff for a few years now. The compassion he has shown towards my beloved little dog has been remarkable. I have seen him with different animals and I know his calling was to work with animals. I would never go anywhere else. Keep up the good work. The staff there are kind and polite and its a pleasure to visit there.

An excellent clinic. I will not take my dogs elsewhere. The last time were were there it was an 'emergency'. They treated us wonderfully and took GREYT care of my injured greyhound. I would highly recommend them to anyone in Bolton looking for a vet.

Dr Kerr and his team have helped my loved ones in so many different ways. He has saved their lives and gave them dignity. I would never leave North Hill. The entire team is fantastic and I am so grateful for having them available to look after my kitties in sickness and in health. So kind, caring and giving. Excellent service and facilities.

I have been going to NHAH for many years and the staff are amazing. The service they provide is outstanding. The staff are very friendly to me and my dog. I just got back from picking up my dog after dental work. The Dr. Was very thorough in explaining to me what they had done. My dog gave him kisses before we left.

I have been going to NHAH for 13 years I can't say enough good things about this Vet Clinic! absolutely outstanding!! Dr David Kerr always goes way above my expectations and that is an understatement. He has gotten us through some very difficult times. Knowledgeable, Resourceful. Coordinates well with specialist. The Staff at this hospital Work as team to insure the best possible care of pets and their humans! Even though I have moved a distance away there is no accounting for distance When you have complete trust in your Vet! I would never take my dog anywhere else! They are always on the cutting edge of new innovative Treatments. I recommend North Hill animal Hospital to anyone one who is looking for expert care with a huge dose of compassion They truly care about your furbabies! and their owners

We moved to Bolton almost 23 years ago with a few-months-old gravely sick dog. Our neighbours referred us to Dr. Kerr and we became an "Instant Family". Our dog lived till She was 17,5 years old !It says everything about Dr. Kerr and his wonderful Team ! We joked with Him over the years asking if we could become His patients ourselves ? Few years ago we moved to a rural area South of Orillia and it takes us 2 hours to drive down for routine check-ups and vaccinations but I would not let anybody else touch my dog as long as Dr. Kerr is around ! Our dog LOVES to go to see Dr.Kerr and to give Him lots of kisses.

I have been taking my fur babies to North Hill Aniimal Hospital for over 12 years now. I feel like they are extended family. The entire staff are friendly and welcoming. They always answer all of my questions and are patient when they have to explain things to me. Dr Kerr has been our main vet, but having seen Dr Cini over the last year, we have become very comfortable with her as well. They are both wonderful vets. I always feel compelled to brag about my pets vets because I know they are the best. Try them, you won't be dissapointed.

I took my dog to see Dr. Kerr for his entire life. He is nothing but kind and compassionate and extremely knowledgable. He always had the animal's interests at heart and we were extremely happy with the way they handled our dog when he was put down. Expensive, yes but its worth it for the quality of care.
