Should be ashamed of themselves! I am by no means a veterinary professional but between the internet and friends with pets who have diabetes, I could have diagnosed my own cat with the disease. Instead, multiple tests, unnecessary x-rays and $1000+ later, I was told what I already knew, that my cat did in fact have Diabetes. I went in VERY CLEARLY explaining the symptoms to them. Symptoms that any veterinary professional should have be able to pick up on. It is quite clear that they just wanted to squeeze as much money out of me as possible with little concern for my cat. The doctors there are just cold and heartless. Take your fur-babies elsewhere!!

Absolutely fantastic place for your pets. I take all 8 of mine there (any many who have since passed on) and recommended to many friends.All of them are very pleased too. Dr.Engbers heads a group of complete professionals. They have a true love for the animals and always do what is best for the animal. They tell you in a nice realistic way what is happening and what to expect.They phone to give you updates as to how your pet is doing. I would not go anywhere else.The health, well being and quality of life for your pet is paramount here. Thanks to Dr.Engbers and his team from me and all my pets!!

I started out really liking this office as it is small and not "kibble-pushers" and approved the raw diet I feed my cats. However after being ushered out after my appointments every time and horrible service when I required copies of vaccines, I have made the switch to Westbridge. I requested a specific rabies vaccine for a personal reason and they would not order it, it was a big upset. For my cats' last vaccines, I asked for the 3 year one, which they say they use on every cat however they would not change the "revaccination" date. They use a stronger vaccine and make you come in every year! This is dangerous! They started getting very snappy and rude when I started challenging their ethics and I will never go to these people again!

I've been taking my pets to the Meadowvale Animal Clinic for a while now and I always leave satisfied. Dr. Loretta is our favourite, as she treats my pets with the kind of love and respect that we do! And Dr. Ron is also very good. If you're looking for a vet in the Meadowvale area, this is the place to go.

If you are looking for a new vet for your pets, this is THE place. We were so happy to find them. There are 4 vets working there and connect with a bigger animal hospital to do all operations. Prices are great!
