Took my small Shephard there to get neutered. Picked him up - he was in a broom closet shaking. It looked like it was infected. I tried all weekend to call him - left messages, tried the 24 hour hotline. No return call - not even on the Monday when they opened.

Took my pug in for her ears, thought she had a yeast infection. I paid for some ear wash said she didnt. Took her to another vet and yes she did. I wasted money.
