My cat was dying and I was 10-minutes late for my appointment. They refused to see my cat, punishing me for 'being late'. I placed multiple calls to Dr. Callen and Dr. Prather, requesting them to return my call. I was informed by 'Debbie' that they were not going to call me back. This is a horrific office with even lower standards of animal care. I do not recommend Chico Animal Hospital if tou value your family pets.
